Lead Pastor
Rev. Jin Bae comes to us from California. Immigrating from Korea in 1974 when he was 8 years old, he grew up in Los Angeles, attending University of Southern California as an Electrical Engineering major. Upon graduation, he responded to God’s call to become a pastor and so trained at Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, CA; M.Div.) and Yonsei United Graduate School of Theology (Seoul, Korea; Th.M.). He was ordained through PC (USA) in 1998. He is married to Eun Young and has three children: Christopher, David & Charis.
Education Pastor
Grace Kim received her calling for missions and ministry while she was backpacking through Australia in 2005. Prior to that experience, she had no intention of doing anything ministry related, but God, by his massive grace, met with her one night during praise and called her into the ministry. Since then, she has lived her life and made all her choices based on this one calling to teach and preach the Gospel wherever God calls her to. Grace has an MA in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Seminary and an M.Div. in Missions from Alliance Theological Seminary.
Music Director Jodie Kim started playing piano at age 3. After graduating Manhattan School of Music, she pursued a career as a Piano teacher, educating young children in NJ and NY. She's been blessed with a growing number of students each year and loves being able to help the young minds appreciate music. She enjoys a GOOD cup of coffee, likes to watch movies with her husband, Jung, and LOVES spending time with her dog, Noopy, who knows how to smile on command!
Webmaster Ellen Assimos is originally from Brazil and her parents are Presbyterian missionaries to America. Ellen graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s in English and Creative Writing and is currently pursuing a Master's in Secondary English Education. She has strong passion for writing and has also had formal training in web design.
